Edward Liss is the co-founder of Triton Realty Group. Edward has over 15 years of real estate experience and has sold over 4,000 units valued at nearly $250 million

Harrison Cohen began his professional career as a litigation attorney working at two major law firms in downtown Chicago for several years. His work ethic, legal knowledge and organizational methods assist in his disciplined approach to multifamily real estate brokerage.

Matthew Buckingham joined Triton Realty Group after selling real estate for approximately a decade and has gained extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland market.

James Thompson joined Triton Realty in 2020 after working remotely for the company over a year as an intern in the summer of 2019 and has closed a number of northside multifamily and mixed-use transactions since that time.

After over a decade in residential real estate, Luke joined Triton to focus on the investment side of real estate sales. As a residential broker he helps facilitate hundreds of transactions helping buyers, sellers, and investors alike. 

Alex Summers is a dynamic presence in investment real estate. Renowned for his ambition and unparalleled productivity, Alex specializes in multi-family, mixed-use, and land transactions, earning accolades from both clients and peers for his unwavering integrity and exceptional service. His foundation for success is built on prioritizing his clients’ needs and guiding them through every facet of the sale process.

Nico was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago near Hiawatha Park and started his real estate career at the age of 21.
Nico has worked at a variety of brokerages both big and small and has been involved in many types of transactions.

Victor Colon joined Triton Realty Group in 2022 with a focus on the sale of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate throughout the Chicagoland area. His daily responsibilities include business development, market analysis and asset valuation.

Jack is a seasoned real estate professional with over eight years of expertise spanning leasing, brokerage, property management, and personal investment. With a family legacy of more than 25 years in real estate, Jack has cultivated a profound understanding of industry dynamics and an unwavering commitment to delivering
exceptional client experiences.

Frankie joined Triton Realty Group after five years in commercial banking in San Francisco, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and meticulous organizational skills. At Triton, he focuses on asset valuation, market
research, business development, and preparing proposals and offering memorandums for multi-family and mixed-use real estate investments.

Julie is an experienced and skilled professional who brings expertise in payment processing and human resources to Triton. With years of experience in the industry, she is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Triton’s financial and HR processes.

Rachel is Triton's pillar for data management and technical back office systems development. She supports office operations, performing duties including contract management and appointment scheduling.
