Victor Colon

I am a commercial real estate broker for Triton Realty Group, specializing in multifamily and multi-use properties in Illinois in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. I was born and raised in Chicago and developed a love for the city at a young age.

While attending the University of Massachusetts- Lowell, I played college basketball. As college athlete, I honed my skills on the court and developed a strong work ethic that would serve me well in my future career. I eventually returned to Chicago and finished college with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I began my professional career in the fitness industry, where I worked for over a decade, gaining valuable experience in sales and customer service. During this time, I also developed a keen interest in real estate, and I began to educate myself on the subject in my spare time. My passion for connecting with people and love of Chicago made me realize that I wanted to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

I am a natural connector and love nothing more than bringing people together. I am dedicated to building long-lasting relationships with my clients, and I’m always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. My passion for my work is infectious, and I will continue to build a well-respected reputation in the Chicago real estate community.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active, whether it's playing basketball, going for a run, or hitting the gym. I also love spending time with my family and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
